How can I raise a complaint?

You can raise a complaint (eg. room is not clean, unpleasant smell, air conditioning was not properly adjusted, etc.) by contacting us via the Complaint Web Form, Whatsapp or call us for free on 0800 069 8380.

You'll need to let us know:

  • Your name

  • Contact number and email address

  • A description of your complaint

  • Payment Amount
  • Payment Date

  • Where did this happen?
