I Am Moving

Congratulations on your new home! Of course, we would be happy to assist you with your move.

As long as your new home is equipped with a smart meter, you can "take" Tibber with you to your new residence. You can easily do this by adding a new home in the Tibber app:

1. Go to ‘You’ and click on "Add a home."
2. Add a home and follow the steps.
3. Go to ‘Home’ and select the new address in the top left corner.
4. Tap on ‘Transfer’ and follow the steps.

Your new home is now registered!

Don’t forget to cancel your old address. You can do this by sending a message through the messaging feature in the app/website or by using this webform. Please indicate that you are moving and provide us with the end date of the energy contract for your old address.

Note! If Tibber is the first supplier for your new home, you will need to cancel the contract with the supplier at your old home yourself.
