Prices and payment
All our prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and any taxes and fees. All orders, regardless of amount, are subject to a shipping fee of DKK 29, unless otherwise stated. All prices are current prices and are updated regularly.
Payment can be made with Dankort, Dankort/Visa, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express or MobilePay. The payment is deducted from your account when the item is dispatched from Sahva.
Security of payment
Sahva collaborates with EASY . This means that your credit card information is processed via a secure server at EASY, and that the connection to EASY itself is encrypted so that third parties cannot access your information. Receipt for receipt of order in webshop
When you have sent your order, you will receive a receipt by email. This is not to be perceived as a legally binding order confirmation. Your invoice is sent to you by email at the same time as your goods are dispatched.
Canceling an order in the webshop
We expect to ship your order no later than one day after your order. If you have not received an invoice from Sahva, your order has not yet been executed by Sahva and can therefore be canceled by contacting Customer Service on 7011 0711 . When your goods have been dispatched from Sahva, the point on "Exchanging and returning goods" applies.
Delivery
When your goods are dispatched from Sahva, you will receive an email with a "Track & Trace" number. You must use that number if you want to follow the parcel's path from Sahva to your address. Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days. If you order your goods before 12.00 on a weekday, we will send them the same day. Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, you will be notified of this by email. We deliver goods to private addresses in Denmark, but not the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
We usually deliver with DAO, and in some cases GLS is used .
With DAO, the package is delivered either in the mailbox or at the front door. If there is a prospect of rain or snow, the package is delivered in a plastic bag so that the package and its contents are not damaged. If you live in a block of flats, delivery will take place either in a mailbox or outside your front door. If you live, for example, in the 3rd in a rise, delivery will take place outside your front door on the 3rd floor. DAO has the key to most entrances in Denmark, as they also deliver morning newspapers. If DAO does not have a key to the lift, the parcel will instead be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. In most cases, deliveries are made between 01:00 to 08:00. Deviations from this may occur.
ATTENTION Please note that DAO does not deliver to company addresses. Read more about DAO at www.dao.as.
Orders abroad
We do not deliver to foreign addresses (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;
- have received your item.
- takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
- gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
Sahva must have received the goods that you wish to return or have received notification of this within 14 days. If the last day for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, December 24 or December 31, the deadline expires on the following weekday.
The notification must be given by email to info@sahva.dk or by calling 7011 0711 . It must be clearly stated in the inquiry that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. We recommend that you use our return slip. It is sent with your package - you can also download it here .
If you choose not to pick up/receive the package we send you, Sahva regards this as exercising your right of cancellation.
In connection with Christmas, the cancellation period has been exceptionally extended for purchases in the period 15 November to 24 December. Goods purchased during the given period in Sahva's webshop can be returned or exchanged until 15 January.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Individually manufactured products
- Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
Exchange and return of goods
Goods purchased in Sahva's clinics can be exchanged and refunded in the clinics. When returning to a clinic, you must present an invoice and/or a voucher.
Goods purchased in the webshop can only be returned by sending them back to the webshop. You cannot return in a Sahva clinic.
- When returning to the webshop, please send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item, unless Sahva is the reason for your return/exchange.
When returning, you are responsible for the product being properly packaged, and you bear the risk for the product from the time of the product's delivery. ATTENTION Be aware that you choose a shipping company that delivers to business addresses.
How to exchange and return goods to the webshop
Complete and sign the return slip you received with your goods. Most of the information has already been filled in, so please only state the reason why you want to return your goods. Place the signed return slip together with the goods you wish to return.
Since your responsibility for the goods only ceases when we have registered the goods as received in Sahva, we recommend that you send the goods back as parcel post, so that the parcel can be traced via a "Track & Trace" number. Ask if the post office for help. The shipping costs in connection with exchange and return are your responsibility, unless Sahva is the reason for your return/exchange.

This is how we return your money
- When returning to one of Sahva's clinics, the refund or exchange will take place immediately after the product's packaging and condition have been approved.
- When returning to the webshop, we will refund your money to the account used in connection with the purchase, when the returned item is registered as received in Sahva and we have approved the condition of the item. We will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification that you have regretted the purchase. With electronic reversals, it can take up to five banking days before the money is in your account. If you choose to return part of a total order, we reserve the right to deduct our delivery costs. If a discount code has been used on the returned item, the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded and not delivery costs. We can withhold payment until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
Defective goods and wrong deliveries
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply. If you therefore receive a defective item or a different item than what appears in your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible on tel.: 7011 0711 or email: info@sahva.dk . Always state your order number when you contact us.
Right of complaint
According to The Purchase Act gives you a 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain can, for example, allow for the repair and exchange of a product, but is always determined by whether the complaint is justified. A product that has been used incorrectly or is damaged due to incorrect behaviour, for example, is not covered by the right of complaint. For goods with a limited lifespan, your right of complaint is limited to the usual shelf life for the goods in question. Reimbursement of shipping costs in the event of a complaint
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Fill in the bank details for reimbursement of shipping costs on the return slip and attach/attach documentation for the cost.
If you discover an error or deficiency in a purchased item, you as a consumer must contact Sahva as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the error or deficiency consists of. Please always state your order number when you contact us.

We will confirm receipt of your complaint and send you a response as soon as possible. Your right to complain ends according to The Purchase Act 24 months after receiving your item.
Alternatively, a complaint about a product or service purchased from Sahva can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk
The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are lodged at https://ec.europa.eu/odr . When submitting a complaint, you must indicate our e-mail info@sahva.dk.
Force majeure and disclaimer
Sahva's webshop reserves the right for possible tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including for example illness and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers.
Discount codes
In Sahva's webshop, you have the option of using discount codes. As part of our marketing, we regularly offer discount codes. It is not possible to buy such codes. The codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions.
Individual discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions, and the discount codes may be restricted to being usable only in connection with particular products or categories.
- Discount codes are only valid for the time period indicated on them. They can only be redeemed once, and they cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. Certain goods may be excluded from the promotional offers, and Sahva alone decides which goods such discount codes can be used for.
- Discount codes must be redeemed before confirming your purchase. It is therefore not possible to have the discount credited once the purchase has been completed.
- The value of a promotional code cannot accrue interest or have a cash value or be used in one of Sahva's physical clinics.
- It is not permitted to transfer discount codes to third parties.
- Only one discount code can be used per order. Unused discount is not refunded.
- If you return one or more items purchased with a discount, you will not be able to use the discount for the purchase of another item - not even in the case of an exchange, unless the new item is covered by the same discount.
In case of non-appearance from consultation
It may happen that you will have to cancel your consultation with us. Please let us know as soon as possible - no later than 8.00 on the day, so that someone else can benefit from your time. You can cancel by calling 7011 0711 - open every weekday between 8.00 and 17.00. You can also send an email to info@sahva.dk or cancel your appointment online (v/kompression/inlæg). If you do not cancel before the deadline, you may be charged a cancellation fee of DKK 250
